THESIS IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE
Initial Requirements:
- Students MUST Program their Thesis, Minimum Semester 7, GPA ≥ 2.5
Process Flow:
- Student registers for Thesis at Department Administration Requirements:
- Academic Transcript
- Course Card stating completion of Research Methods course
- Original Thesis Payment Receipt
- Completed Registration Form
- Assignment of Thesis Supervisor
- Student meets with Supervisor to request Agreement of Supervision Supporting Documents:
- Thesis Supervision Assignment Letter and Statement of Willingness to Supervise
- Letter of Introduction from Study Program
- Submit all consent documents to department
- If accepted, proceed to Thesis Preparation Course
- Student undertakes Research Proposal Supervision Notes:
- Student prepares proposal and thesis draft report
- Student maintains Log Book for supervision and research process
- Proposal Seminar
- If approved, proceed to Research Implementation (Must be completed within 1 year, as per Assignment Letter)
- Thesis Research Report (Approved by Supervisor, Ready for Examination)
- Thesis Defense Requirements:
- Thesis Examination Assignment Letter
- Examination Documents (Academic Transcript, Student ID, KKN Certificate & TOEFL, Original Thesis Payment Receipt, Photo, Biography)
- Thesis Report and Publication Manuscript Revision (Maximum 2 weeks after Defense)
- If revision takes > 2 weeks or exceeds Assignment Letter validity: Not Graduated
- If completed within timeframe: Final Grade → COMPLETED → Graduated
Additional Notes: Thesis Report Submission (Hardcopy and Softcopy)
- Proposal seminar minutes must be submitted to Department
- Thesis submission documentation as graduation requirement
- If supervisor's assignment letter expires before completion, student must re-register to extend the assignment letter
