Semester 1
- Agricultural Economics
This course aims to provide an understanding of the relationship between economic factors and agricultural activities. In practical work, students are invited to analyze various economic components that affect productivity and efficiency in agricultural businesses. Students will simulate calculations of production costs, income, and resource use efficiency in the agribusiness sector. Additionally, this practicum introduces the use of economic models to evaluate agricultural policies at micro and macro levels. Through these activities, students are expected to identify economic problems faced by farmers and provide solutions based on data and economic theory.
- Agricultural Sociology
The practicum of this course provides students with opportunities to directly engage with farming communities to understand the social structure, culture, and dynamics that influence agricultural activities. Students will conduct field observations to study social interactions in farming communities and identify the influence of traditions and norms in agribusiness practices. Additionally, this practicum includes group discussions and case study analyses related to social changes in rural areas. Through this approach, students are expected to understand the role of humans as primary agents in agricultural sustainability and be able to contribute to farming community empowerment.
- Agricultural Commodity Marketing
In this course, the practicum focuses on developing marketing strategies for agricultural commodities. Students will study agricultural product supply chains, conduct market analysis, and evaluate product prices and demand. They will also be trained to develop data-based marketing plans relevant to market conditions. This practicum is designed for students to understand challenges in distribution, promotion, and management of agribusiness products to increase the competitiveness of agricultural commodities in both local and international markets. Through this practical approach, students are expected to become better prepared to engage directly in agribusiness marketing activities.
Semester 2
- Career and Entrepreneurship
The practicum in this course is designed to equip students with basic skills needed in building and managing careers and independent businesses. Students are encouraged to recognize their potential, develop creative business ideas, and prepare market-oriented business plans. In practicum sessions, students will practice steps to start a business, including simulations of resource management, marketing strategies, and decision-making in real business situations. This practicum aims to build entrepreneurial spirit and prepare students to face challenges in the work world and business world.
- Institutional Economics
This course emphasizes understanding the role of institutions in supporting economic activities, particularly in the agribusiness sector. In practicum sessions, students will study case studies about agricultural institutional functions such as cooperatives, farmer groups, and agribusiness associations. Students are also trained to analyze how institutional structures can affect production and distribution efficiency. The practicum includes institutional management simulation and related policy evaluation. Through these activities, students are expected to understand the importance of institutions in building sustainable and inclusive agribusiness systems.
- Project Analysis and Agribusiness Feasibility Study
This course practicum provides direct experience in conducting agribusiness project analysis. Students are invited to identify business opportunities, prepare project plans, and conduct comprehensive feasibility studies. Practicum activities include financial analysis, such as cash flow calculations, profits, and business risks, as well as non-financial evaluation covering social and environmental aspects. Through this practicum, students are expected to be able to assess the feasibility of an agribusiness project using various analysis tools and techniques, enabling them to provide appropriate recommendations for decision-making.
- Agribusiness Accounting
The practicum in this course focuses on applying accounting concepts and techniques in the agribusiness context. Students are trained to prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, appropriate to agribusiness characteristics. Additionally, students also practice financial performance analysis to evaluate business efficiency and profitability. Through simulations and case studies, students gain experience in financial data management and applying accounting principles to support strategic decision-making in agribusiness.
Semester 3
- Agribusiness Research Methods
This course aims to equip students with the ability to design and conduct scientific research in agribusiness. Through practicum, students are taught to prepare comprehensive research proposals, design data collection instruments, and apply various research methods, both quantitative and qualitative. The practicum also involves interview simulations, field observations, and data analysis using statistical software. Thus, students are expected to produce relevant research that impacts agribusiness development.
- Agribusiness Production and Operations Management
In this course, students learn production management concepts and techniques to improve operational efficiency in the agribusiness sector. The practicum includes production planning simulation, raw material management, and production process optimization through break-even analysis and quality control. Additionally, students are introduced to supply chain management strategies to ensure product availability according to market demand. This practicum is designed for students to understand practical production management effectively in supporting agribusiness sustainability.
- Agribusiness Communication and Extension
This course provides understanding about the importance of effective communication in supporting agribusiness activities. The practicum focuses on developing interpersonal communication and extension skills involving field simulations. Students are trained to prepare extension materials, design strategic communication programs, and practice presentation and negotiation techniques. Through this practical approach, students are expected to be able to communicate with various stakeholders, including farmers, consumers, and government, to support agribusiness program implementation.
- Statistics
Statistics is an important course that provides foundations in agribusiness data analysis. The practicum is designed to train students in processing and analyzing data using statistical software. Activities include descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, and correlation analysis, aimed at helping students understand data patterns and relationships between variables. Students are also trained to present data visually to support evidence-based decision-making in agribusiness context.
- Digital Marketing of Agribusiness Products
This course equips students with the ability to design digital marketing strategies for agribusiness products. The practicum includes using digital platforms, such as e-commerce and social media, to promote products effectively. Students will learn how to create engaging marketing content, analyze digital consumer behavior, and evaluate marketing campaign performance. This practicum aims to provide practical skills in utilizing digital technology to increase agribusiness product competitiveness in both local and international markets.
Semester 4
- Agricultural Business Management
This course is designed to equip students with practical skills in managing agricultural businesses efficiently and sustainably. The practicum involves agricultural business planning simulation, from market analysis and production planning to financial management. Students are invited to evaluate agricultural business models based on resource efficiency, profit potential, and risk mitigation. Additionally, students will practice developing technology-based agricultural business management strategies to increase market competitiveness. Through these activities, students are expected to understand basic management concepts and apply them effectively in the agribusiness context.
- Econometrics
Econometrics is a course that combines economic theory with statistical analysis to solve economic problems, particularly in the agribusiness sector. In practicum, students will learn to develop econometric models to analyze relationships between economic variables, such as production, price, and demand. Students are also trained to use statistical software for parameter estimation, hypothesis testing, and analysis result interpretation. This activity provides students with practical understanding of how to apply econometric models to support data-based decision-making in agribusiness.
Semester 5
- Agropreneurship
The Agropreneurship course aims to prepare students in developing businesses in the agricultural sector with an entrepreneurial approach. Students will learn how to identify business opportunities in the agribusiness world, and how to manage agricultural businesses involving aspects of production, agricultural product processing, to product marketing. In this course, students will also be taught about the importance of innovation and efficiency in running agribusiness, and how to use technology to increase competitiveness and productivity. Additionally, attention is also given to sustainability aspects in agricultural business, namely how to manage natural resources wisely and responsibly to ensure business continuity in the long term. With this course, students are expected to be able to create innovative and sustainable business models in the agricultural sector.
- Quantitative Analysis in Agribusiness
The Quantitative Analysis in Agribusiness course focuses on using quantitative analysis techniques to assess agribusiness performance. Students will learn how to analyze various aspects of agricultural business, such as production costs, income, and profits, using statistical and mathematical approaches. In this course, students are also taught to understand how supply and demand analysis can influence agricultural product pricing and marketing decisions. Additionally, students will learn to prepare financial planning including income and expenditure projections, and understand the concept of break-even point that shows conditions where income equals costs. Modeling and simulation techniques will also be introduced to forecast business results and manage risk. With this knowledge, students can make more accurate and data-based business decisions to manage agribusiness effectively.
Semester 6 CoE Track
- Export Documentation
The Export Documentation course discusses various types of documents required in the process of exporting goods abroad. Students will learn about important documents used in international trade, such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other documents needed to meet legal requirements and regulations in export destination countries. Additionally, students will also be taught how to prepare these documents correctly according to applicable rules, to facilitate the goods shipping process and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Export Goods Shipping
The Export Goods Shipping course focuses on logistics processes and shipping goods from origin countries to export destination countries. Students will learn various aspects of international goods shipping, including selecting appropriate transportation modes, packaging and labeling procedures, and arranging goods shipment via sea, air, or land routes. Additionally, students will learn ways to manage shipping costs, shipping insurance, and how to address potential problems that arise during goods shipping. This course aims for students to manage export goods shipping efficiently and minimize potential risks.
- Export Supervision
The Export Supervision course aims to equip students with knowledge and skills in supervising and managing the entire export process. Students will learn about the supervisory role conducted by companies or related parties to ensure that the export process runs according to applicable standards and regulations. This includes supervision of product quality, completeness of export documents, and shipping timeliness. This course also includes understanding the importance of communication and coordination between exporters, importers, and authorities, so that all stages in exports can be implemented smoothly and according to applicable rules.
- Export Management

Semester 7
- Community Empowerment
The Community Empowerment course aims to provide students with understanding about ways to increase capacity and quality of life of communities, particularly those less fortunate. Students will learn empowerment principles, including strengthening individual and group capabilities in managing resources, and designing effective empowerment programs. The focus is on increasing active community participation in various aspects of life, such as economic, social, and political. This course teaches ways to identify community needs and build partnerships to achieve positive and sustainable change.
Semester 7 CoE Track
- Citizenship Education
The Citizenship Education course aims to provide students with understanding about rights and obligations as good citizens, and the importance of active roles in national and state life. Students will learn Pancasila values, Indonesian government system, and social and political issues relevant to community life.
- Pancasila Education
The Pancasila Education course teaches students about basic values contained in Pancasila as Indonesia's state foundation. Students will understand the importance of Pancasila in daily life, and how to implement Pancasila values in various aspects of social, political, and economic life to create a just and prosperous society.
- Community Service Program
The Community Service Program (KKN) is a course that gives students opportunities to be directly involved in community service. Students will work in the field, interact with communities, and implement knowledge obtained on campus in solving problems faced by local communities.
- Industrial Internship
The Industrial Internship course provides students with practical experience in the work world through internships at related companies or industries. Students will learn about business processes, management, and technical skills needed in certain industries, which can enrich their knowledge and prepare them for careers in the professional world after graduation.
Semester 8
- Community Service Program
KKN is a course that gives students opportunities to contribute directly to communities through social service. Students will be placed in communities to identify problems and provide solutions based on knowledge learned in college. This experience aims to develop social skills, leadership, and ability to work with communities in solving real problems.
- Work Internship
Work Internship is a course that allows students to gain practical experience in the professional world. Students will work at related companies or institutions to learn how work is done in certain industries. Through internships, students can sharpen technical and managerial skills, and understand real work dynamics in the work world.
- Thesis
The Thesis course is a final assignment for students to demonstrate ability in research and scientific writing. Students will conduct in-depth research on certain topics relevant to their field of study, with lecturer guidance. This thesis aims to develop analytical ability, scientific writing, and contribution to knowledge development in the chosen field.

- Thesis
The Thesis course is a final assignment for students to demonstrate ability in research and scientific writing. Students will conduct in-depth research on certain topics relevant to their field of study, with lecturer guidance. This thesis aims to develop analytical ability, scientific writing, and contribution to knowledge development in the chosen field.
